1. Delivery Content
Please note that when you purchase an eSIM, you will not receive a physical product. You will receive an email containing the eSIM activation QR code and any necessary installation instructions.
2. Delivery Time
Your eSIM QR code will be sent automatically via email within a few minutes of successful payment. In rare cases, delivery may be slightly delayed, but usually no more than 2 hours. If you do not receive the eSIM within 24 hours, please check your spam or promotions folder. If it is not there, please contact us immediately at support@airzlink.com.
3. Delivery Method
The eSIM will be sent via email. Please ensure the email address provided is correct. To avoid email delivery failure, we recommend adding our sending address support@airzlink.com to your email whitelist or safe sender list.
Not received eSIM email?
If you have not received the eSIM email, please follow these steps:
- Check spam, advertising, or promotion folders;
- Verify that the email address provided at checkout is correct;
- Ensure your mailbox is not full and can receive new emails;
- If still not received, please contact customer support at support@airzlink.com immediately for assistance.
